Aviation giant Boeing is inking a deal with an artificial intelligence firm to release unmanned vehicles and related products using blockchain technology.
SparkCognition, a Texas-based firm, which Boeing provided an investment worth $32 million in the past month, will collaborate with Boeing on a platform designed to track unmanned aerospace vehicles and provide flight corridors.
As part of the agreement, there will be a standardized programming interface to back package delivery, industrial inspection and other applications.
